The application automatically displays record's information (prospect, account and contact) of the caller, and allow automatic creation of a new activity associated to a number if it is still missing in MS-CRM.
Outgoing calls:
The application gives the possibility to reach directly your correspondent through the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0 interface, or through the CTI for MS-CRM Integration 4.0 research function.
Advanced search engine:
The application provides powerful search capabilities to look for interlocutors trough Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 & 4.0 entities like lead, account and contact according to criterias :
